Per went on a business trip to Russia on June 6, 2013. He looked at some nesting dolls at a gift shop on June 10th. He asked the sales clerk how much they were and she said 150. He said rubles? She said, no,euros. He said OMG! Are they made out of gold? She said, no they're made out of wood. Hahaha!

A Funny Thing Happened on the way to Brazil

I was thinking about this today and how funny it is. I posted it on Facebook but want to share it with you now:

1/13/12

Per was on a ten hour flight from Detroit to Brazil. After sleeping soundly for a period of time, he awoke before breakfast. He pushed the button to sit up his seat - but nothing happened. He pushed the button again and his seat did not budge. Frustrated, he pushed the button several more times. Then he heard an angry woman's voice. A napkin covered the buttons and he had pushed the one he saw. Unfortunately, the button controlled the seat of the woman sitting next to him. (If he would have moved the napkin he would have seen his buttons, but he didn't.)

The woman was sound asleep when her chair started to sit up. The chair's movement wasn't smooth either. It jerked when Per paused each time after pressing the button. Her arms flailed in the air as I'm sure she thought, What's happening?!!

HAHAHA!
